Tera brings approximately 26 years of nursing experience, including critical care, emergency nursing, and radiology. She founded Ritter Concierge Nursing to offer patients and families experienced, personal care at home.
Her approach combines attentive nursing care with a commitment to listening, building trust, and helping families feel supported through recovery and ongoing medical needs.
